Processing & Dispatch

Shipping Charges
Shipping is free when your merchandise subtotal is $50.98 or more. For a merchandise subtotal below $50.98, the flat shipping charge is $4.99. Shipping charges do not count toward the free-shipping threshold.
Tracking, Taxes & Duties
A tracking email is sent after dispatch. Taxes and import duties are included; there are no additional customer taxes or duties.
Changing an Address
While your order is processing, request an address change by emailing customer care. Address changes are not accepted after shipment. The company is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect address you provide.
Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels
